Passionate about learning organizations and stimulated by hybrid transformations, I have been developing for several years an innovation approach centered on the transmission of knowledge, whether conscious or tacit.

My career has led me to collaborate with teams and organizations in 47 countries, strengthening my analytical, reflective, and action-oriented skills in diverse contexts.

This conviction of “learning” has emerged as a guiding thread: it has nourished my thesis on learning organizations (2023) and then my book Voyage en apprenance (2025).

My strength lies in identifying and revealing individual, collective, and organizational potential, in order to transform learning into a strategic and concrete lever.

I act as a facilitator of learning through a deeply human approach, and I support AI training for cognitive enhancement in the service of transmission and sustainable performance.
